Fantastic location happy to take me to the airport with views of the mountains on one side and the ocean on the other. Also - just off the super brown market, a beautiful beach with excellent swimming and the centre of Avarua on the north coast of Rarotonga.

The swimming pool was refreshing and the proximity to the beach was a plus. Our room had comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen, making it easy to cook meals. Additionally, the staff was incredibly kind and patient with my elder relative, which made the stay all the more enjoyable.
On occasion, the room was not thoroughly cleaned, with missing amenities such as soap and coffee. Furthermore, the back door to our room was a bit unsafe and required extra force to close and lock, which was somewhat concerning. However, overall the experience was positive and we would likely return.

The spacious and comfortable suite was perfect for our Christmas getaway. the location was ideal for walking to nearby attractions and beaches, and we appreciated the ample parking available.
Although the suite had kitchen facilities, we found some issues with cleanliness, especially in the bathroom and kitchen. the lack of adequate hot water in the shower was a disappointment.
